We’re recruiting to roles across children’s services

Join us and together we can make a difference

With strong investment, renewed energy and a clear sense of purpose across our services, we’re reimagining how we support children, young people and families in Cheshire East.

Together, we’re building something special — a service that is ambitious for our children, relationship-based and designed to create lasting change.

As part of this investment and our commitment to delivering the national Families First reforms, we’ve reviewed and reshaped the way we work to provide the right support at the right time for children, young people and families.

We’re looking for talented, passionate people to join us across a range of roles within Children’s Services. Whether you’re an experienced practitioner, aspiring leader, SEND professional or specialist support worker, you’ll be part of a team committed to achieving the very best outcomes for children and families.

This is an exciting time to join Cheshire East. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful change, develop your career and play a key role in shaping the future of services for children, young people and their families.

Whether you’re supporting children directly, helping families access the right services, or shaping and delivering strategic improvements, your work will make a real difference.
